We're delighted to have Desila Rosetti, President of Organizational Development Solutions, Inc., speak at our January Program.
Desila Rosetti, is the President of Organizational Development Solutions Inc, a well- known management training and consulting company located in Northwest Indiana. She has over 30 years of executive management training and development experience specializing in the areas of management development, quality improvement, strategic planning, organizational change, and human resources. In addition, she serves as an assistant professor at Calumet College of St Joseph.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University and a Masters from the University of Notre Dame. She has previously held positions as President of the NWI Society of Human Resource Managers, President, Indiana Association for Healthcare Quality, Board of Directors/Director of Special Interest Groups for the National Association for Healthcare Quality, Foundation Chair for the Indiana State Council, Member of the State Conference Planning Committee, and the National SHRM Scholarship Review Committee. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Porter County Community Foundation, Lake Area United Way, and the Center for Creative Solutions. She was chosen the 2013 Woman Owned Business of the Year by the ISBDC and the 2014 Community Leader of the Year by the Influential Woman of NWI.
